1 Is it safe to shop and pay using Credit Cards on your website?

Shopping and utilizing the different payment methods on our website are 100% safe. The payments are carried in collaboration with www.tap.company.  

2 Do you offer local and international delivery/shipping services?

We offer local delivery to the residential areas in Kuwait and we also offer international shipping. Our shipping courier is PostaPlus and the local and international rates and dictated by them.

3 How can I track my order?

All updates regarding the order are sent directly and immediately to the customer’s email address entered during the checkout process!

4 What is your return and exchange policy?

The customer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase if the following apply:

  1. The item has manufacturing damage.
  2. the item(s) is/are still in the original sent conditions and packaging with all the included accessories, and is able to be displayed for resale.
  3. The funds will be returned in full to the same card used to place the order.
  4. The funds will be refunded in full (except for the shipping fees unless the item received is not that which was ordered or if it has a manufacturing damage).
  5. The funds will be returned within 10 days from the day the item is returned and received by us.
  6. You can exchange the items ordered if they are still in the original packaging and in the original state before shipping and including all accessories within 14 days from the date of purchase; and you will be offered store credit.
5 How can we return or exchange an item?

When the return/exchange criteria are met, you can contact us via email to go over the return/exchange process should the order be from Kuwait. For international orders, please contact us before mailing the items back.

 

6 How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us asap so that we do the necessary to cancel your order and return your funds back to you.

7 Will I receive an electronic copy of my receipt via email?

Yes! An electronic copy of your order receipt will be sent automatically to your email, which you provided during the registration/checkout process, immediately after the order is placed.
